Junior Johnnie Guy was named  GLVC men's outdoor track athlete of the week by the league's coaches. This is the second time this year that Guy has received this particular honor. This comes after his first place finish in the 5,000 meters last week at the Indiana Relays.

The Stegemoller Classic took place Friday at Angel Mounds resulting in a team win with two standouts. Junior Johnnie Guy and Senior Tyler Pence came in first and second respectively with a one-tenth of a second time difference. The team won by 43 points.
