Clare Girten, Illustrator
Clare Girten, sophomore undecided major, was an Illustrator for the 2022-2023 academic year. Girten joined The Shield in March 2022 as a Staff Writer and Photographer.
Girten was involved in the Honors Program, rugby and Climbing Club on campus. Girten enjoys painting, hanging out with friends, staying active, writing and binging shows. She likes all different genres of movies and shows.
“I like staying busy, using my creative side and working with friends,” Girten said.
