Murray State University defeated USI 18-25, 25-18, 34-36, 28-26, 16-14 on Friday. USI made a strong mark on the first game of the season after battling five close sets.

The womens volleyball team huddles and cheers after winning the second set Thursday night in the home invitational. After the huddle, the team won the third set 25-13 defeating the University of Alabama 3-0.
