Greek Life
Sigma Pi Mind over Madness will be held March 18 at 5 p.m. at the Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness Center Courts 1 and 2. Sigma Pi is having a 5v5 basketball tournament to raise money for the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention. Team costs are $30 or $6 per person. All money raised will be donated to AFSP.
Alpha Sigma Tau Family Day is March 21 at 12 p.m. in the Business and Engineering Center, second-floor lobby.
Campus Activities
French Bingo Night will take place March 15 at 4 p.m. in the Miller Language Lab in the basement of the Liberal Arts Building. Students can spend an evening of French Bingo, enjoy free snacks and have the opportunity to win an Orange Leaf Gift Card.
Pi Day Giveaway is March 16 at 11 a.m. on the first floor of the Education Center. Celebrate Pi Day and stop by to receive a free pie while supplies last.
A Hot Chocolate Bar will be at the University Center West Info Desk on March 19 at 2 p.m. Enjoy some hot chocolate and toppings, courtesy of APB.
Horchata y Hojalata is March 19 at 3 p.m. in Liberal Arts Building 1004. Join the USI Spanish Club to enjoy delicious horchata and explore the beautiful Mexican folk art of hojalata.
In Queso You’re Hungry will take place March 19 at 6 p.m. in the Newman Multipurpose Room. Join the NewGov RAs for free quesadillas.
Pre-Law Club Debate Night is March 20 at 4 p.m. in Liberal Arts Kleymeyer Hall. The Pre-Law Club will discuss fun topics, share ideas and have conversations, from everyday questions to pineapple on pizza.
Student Organizations
The Tabletop Club will host TableTop Game Night March 12 and 18 at 5 p.m. in University Center 2206. Students can play old favorites, learn new games or bring their own game to share.
Mu Gamma Pi General Meets March 16 at 3 p.m. in the Science Center 3250. The general meeting will discuss future events, play math-themed games and socialize.
The Black Student Union meets in March. 18 at 4:30 p.m. in the Student Life Lounge on the lower level of University Center East. Students can join the Black Student Union for a relaxed space to connect with peers. All students are welcome.
The Archery Club is meeting on March 18 at 6 p.m. in University Center 2205. The student-led archery crew will break down safety, gear basics, and weekly practice plans in a beginner-friendly space. Every meeting is hands-on, welcoming and built around helping members grow at their own pace.
The Rotaract Club general meeting takes place March 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the Education Center 2213. The meeting will focus on recycling at this “Reduce, Reuse, Rotaract” meeting.
American Chemical Society Game Night is on March 18 at 6:30 p.m. in Education Center 2108. Bring your favorite board games and play them as a group.
