Wednesday’s network outage is the third in the past month, each resulting in a one-to-two hour loss in network connectivity for all of campus according to an email from Lance Woods, Director of IT Infrastructure.

The campus experienced a Wi-Fi outage around noon today, lasting until about 2 p.m.

The network outage is the third in the past month, each resulting in a one-to-two hour loss in network connectivity for all of campus according to an email from Lance Woods, Director of IT Infrastructure.

“We do not fully understand what is going on, but we are looking to schedule a 4-8 hour maintenance window with our vendor support for one late afternoon/evening during the week of Spring Break to troubleshoot the network,” Woods wrote in the email. “As we get this date and time locked down, we will let everyone know so you can plan accordingly.”
