The USI men’s basketball team won its first home matchup of the season, keeping up with the University of South Dakota Coyotes full-time in a heated game Friday. Point leader Jayland Randall, junior guard, drove it home with 24 points, his career high. During halftime, the women’s basketball team was recognized as OVC champs with a ring ceremony.
