The Criminal Justice Department and the College of Liberal Arts host National Police Woman Day Wednesday evening in Kleymeyer Hall.

The Criminal Justice Department and the College of Liberal Arts celebrated National Police Woman Day in Kleymeyer Hall Wednesday. Five USI alumni who are local law enforcement were featured speakers at the event.

Ethan MacCowan, junior radio television major, was a Staff Photographer and Videographer for the 2022-2023 academic year. MacCowan joined The Shield in Spring 2023.  MacCowan was involved with Access USI SETV12, Sigma Pi Fraternity and Scripps Video Production Lab on campus. MacCowan enjoys cooking food, making music, attending social events and oversleeping. His favorite movies and shows are “Money Heist,” “Avatar,” “Avatar the Last Airbender,” the Harry Potter series, “Outer Banks” and “F is for Family.” “I absolutely love the opportunity to bring something new to the table here at The Shield and help start something we’ve never done in the past before,” MacCowan said.
