The College of Liberal Arts at the University of Southern Indiana will host the final Liberal Arts Faculty Colloquium for the Spring 2019 semester. This will feature professor and chair of the USI Art Department, Katie Waters, April 12 at 3 p.m. in Kleymeyer Hall in the lower level of the Liberal Arts Center.

Waters has taught painting and drawing at USI since the fall of 1981. This is her last semester at USI and she will present a retrospective view of the artwork she has created in her time at the university.

Waters was honored with USI’s Distinguished Professor Award in 2015.

Her drawings and paintings appear in many corporate, university, museum and private collections, including the Evansville Museum.
