Varsity Club to publish 50th anniversary cookbook

To go along with 50th anniversary celebrations the Varsity Club will be publishing a cookbook titled “Celebrating USI’s 50th Anniversary Through Cooking.” The sections will each correspond to a men’s and women’s sport, such as “Beverages with a Kick” represented by soccer. The recipes were all submitted by Varsity Club members, alumni, faculty and staff, coaches, retirees and friends of the university. The cookbook will be available for sale starting on Sept. 17 at the USI Varsity Club Steak Fry ‘N Auction. The cost of the cookbook is 25 dollars and proceeds will go toward the Varsity Club.
