The university will host a food truck festival April 11 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the parking lot behind the new arena as a part of the annual SpringFest week at the university, meant to celebrate warmer weather and campus spirit. This year’s SpringFest is only Aprill 11 and 12. USI students are invited to sample foods from the following local food trucks:

• Pizza Revolution
• Duffy Shuffle
• Grilled Cheese Queen
• Taco 365
• NOM!
• Sodexo

When the students show up, they will receive one voucher by showing their student ID. Each voucher is redeemable for a food item from a truck of their choice.

Other SpringFest events include free caricatures, sand art, giant bubbles, Kona Ice and yard games on April 11 along with live band karaoke, free stuffed animals, free airbrush totebags, and free bamboo planting.
