USI has awarded 1996 alumna Michelle Schroeder with the 2018 Romain College of Business Distinguished Accountant award.

Schroeder acts as CFO of Kimball International, and has worked for the company since 1984, only leaving to pursue an accounting degree from USI before returning to Kimball in 1996.

Schroeder is also on the Romain College’s Board of Advisors.
