Sessions teach stress relief
The Counseling Center, Housing and Residence Life, Student Support Services and the university Social Work Department are sponsoring “Mindful Mondays.”
Each day is a chance to learn peace of mind techniques and stress relief skills. Sessions cover different aspects of ways of improving one’s life.
Each session runs from 4:00-5:00 p.m. and is free. The topic for Feb. 22 is “Challenges of Mindful Studying” and the topic for Feb. 29 is “Mindfulness of Body.”
