The university’s Multicultural Center will be sponsoring the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Luncheon on Jan. 18.

The keynote speaker for the event will be Major General Barrye L. Price, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1 Army Forces Commander in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

In 2000, Price served on the President and First Lady’s Task Force on “Raising Responsible and Resourceful Teenagers.” Tickets can be bought at the Multicultural Center at room 1244 in the University Center East. Prices are $5 for USI students, $10 for USI employees and $15 for general public.
