The university’s Center for Applied Research has been chosen by the Indiana Economic Development Association to perform a statewide study on tax incremental financing.

The study is anticipated to be released and completed early 2016. The study is led by Perry Burnett, Sudesh Mujumdar, and Mohammed Khayum. This independent analysis will examine the various positive effects of Hoosier tax incremental financial funding, strengths and weaknesses of the tool, and opportunities to improve the tool.
